About MonsoonSIM

Monsoon Simulation (MonsoonSIM) is a powerful business training platform. MonsoonSIM covers twelve (12) business concepts all wrapped into one simple, step-by-step evolving 4 to 8-hour business game. MonsoonSIM is also used to power regional business competitions among universities across South East Asia.

Last Wednesday, we're opening a workshop at Bina Nusantara University. It is a well-known university in Indonesia.

There is virtually nothing to prepare to play the game. There are no fixed solutions to the dynamics of the business environment. All the players experienced the game and get the knowledge as they play it. The more understanding they have on the business concepts, constraints and inter-departmental relationships, the more they can react to the changing market condition during the game.

It's not only about LEARNING, but also have FUN

MonsoonSIM is designed so you can learn things by doing it. So you will have fun, compete with others team while discovering a lot of new things, get a lot of knowledge and learn before you realize it. MonsoonSIM won't force you to memorize all of the concepts as in the traditional way of learning, it's about HAVING FUN but also LEARN and get KNOWLEDGE. You will get to love this game once you try it.

We all had a great time ! Thank you !
